Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our ELV solutions business in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding of ELV systems and proven experience in business development, account management, and team coordination. This role requires a proactive leader who can drive sales performance, manage key accounts, and support project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across assigned sectors in the UAE
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts to maximize profitability
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and KPIs using Zoho CRM
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely quotation preparation and order processing
  • Work closely with vendors/manufacturers for solution alignment and technical support
  • Conduct site visits with clients and vendors when required
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
  • Ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of solutions
  • Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of sales experience in ELV / IT / Security Systems
  • Strong knowledge of ELV solutions: CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Intercom, UPS, Turnstiles, Networking, etc.
  • Experience in lead generation, estimation, solution design, tendering, and proposal preparation
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
  • Target-driven with strong business development capabilities
  • Valid UAE Driving License + Own Vehicle (Mandatory)
  • Experience in Healthcare, Retail, Hospitality, Logistics, Facility Management, Commercial, or Residential sectors is an advantage
  • SIRA certification is a plus

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, IT Engineering preferred
  • Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields may also be considered
