Role Overview:

Support Dubai CommerCity’s 360 degree brand management, brand evaluation, content development, digital marketing, and marketing communications initiatives across online and offline channels. The role focuses on managing brand consistency, creative content, marketing collateral development, digital campaigns, and ecosystem engagement initiatives to strengthen Dubai CommerCity’s positioning, visibility, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Management & Content Development

  • Manage marketing collaterals & brand assets including development and maintenance of communication materials across digital and offline platforms. Coordinate creation of brochures, corporate presentations, sales kits, proposals, newsletters, videos, promotional materials, and other branded content.
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity, messaging, tone of voice, and visual standards across all marketing and communication initiatives.
  • Monitor branding, content, and communication trends to support continuous enhancement of Dubai CommerCity’s brand positioning and storytelling approach.

Digital Marketing & Social Media Support

  • Support management of social media platforms including content planning, campaign coordination, scheduling, and engagement activities.
  • Manage execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, website, and other digital channels.
  • Coordinate content creation activities including social media shoots, photography, videography, reels, interviews, and promotional campaigns.
  • Support preparation of campaign performance reports, engagement analysis, and digital marketing insights.

Marketing Communications & Online Engagement

  • Support execution of email marketing campaigns, announcements, newsletters, and stakeholder communications.
  • Coordinate webinars, podcasts, and online ecosystem engagement initiatives including communication flows, branding, and promotional support. Support post-event communications, digital coverage, and content distribution activities.

Vendor Coordination & Production Management

  • Coordinate with creative agencies, production vendors, photographers, videographers, digital agencies, and content partners for marketing deliverables. Manage timelines, revisions, and quality checks for marketing and creative assets
  • Support procurement coordination including PR/PO processes, vendor onboarding, and payment follow-ups.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

  • Prior experience in brand management, marketing communications, content marketing, digital marketing, or related marketing roles preferred.
  • Strong understanding of branding, content creation, digital marketing, and marketing communications.
  • Experience managing marketing collaterals, presentations, creative content, and social media campaigns.
  • Good coordination and stakeholder management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, and social media/content management tools preferred.
  • Experience working with creative agencies, production vendors, and digital marketing partners is an advantage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Media, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in brand management, content marketing, corporate communications, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, content development, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong content creation and editing abilities.
