Site Engineer – Piling & Shoring

We are hiring a Site Engineer to support and supervise on-site execution of piling and shoring works across UAE-based projects. The role requires solid field experience and strong technical coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily piling and shoring activities (e.g., bored piles, secant piles, CFA, diaphragm walls).
• Interpret and implement geotechnical and structural drawings.
• Coordinate with supervisors, operators, and subcontractors on site.
• Monitor site progress, safety compliance, and maintain documentation.
• Support quality control and ensure adherence to authority requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in piling and shoring projects in the UAE.
• Knowledge of local regulations and site practices (e.g. DDA, ADM, Trakhees).
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
• Excellent communication and strong problem-solving skills.
• Multilingual ability (English plus Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic) is an advantage
