Bilingual Techno-Commercial Engineer - water piping infrastructure

Excellent opportunity for a Mechanical/ Civil Engineer with hands on experience in the Piping Infrastructure industry.

Nature of the projects include: water transportation, Desalination plants and infrastructure projects.

• 2-6 years' experience in:
• Technical or engineering sales involving piping systems, valves, fittings, or related products; or
• Pipeline and infrastructure projects, including site execution, project coordination, design support, or engineering functions.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Ability to read and interpret piping drawings, P&IDs, and layouts
• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or related Engineering
• Strong communication and presentation skills/ proficient in English and Arabic

Responsibilities:

• Engage clients and propose technical piping solutions
• Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, and cost estimates Coordinate with engineering and project teams
• Support tenders, client meetings, and project execution Provide technical and after-sales support

PREFERRED

• Experience within Water or Oil & Gas sectors
• Exposure to 3D piping or plant layout drawings

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Mandatory proficiency in AutoCAD, with the ability to read, interpret, and review piping drawings and technical specifications.
• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in either:
• Technical or engineering sales involving piping systems, valves, fittings, or related products; or
• Pipeline and infrastructure projects, including site execution, project coordination, design support, or engineering functions.
• Strong understanding of piping systems, materials, specifications, and industry standards such as ASME, ASTM, API, and related codes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects, opportunities, and client relationships independently.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
