Program Overview:

We are offering a 1-year structured internship program for a motivated fresh graduate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (mandatory). The intern will gain practical exposure to HVAC sales, technical product applications, and client engagement processes.

The role supports the sales team in promoting HVAC products under close supervision and guidance of senior professionals.

This program is designed to develop industry ready skills in HVAC sales, technical coordination, and business development support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Support & Coordination

• Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, offers, product selection and supporting documentation.
• Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and customer communications under supervision.
• Maintain records of sales activities and updates in coordination systems.

2. Client & Project Support

• Support senior team members during meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Assist in gathering project requirements and technical inputs.
• Help coordinate communication between internal teams and externalstakeholders.

3. Technical Learning & Product Exposure

• Gain understanding of HVAC systems and components especially chilled water valves, BTU meter etc.
• Support coordination with manufacturers for technical data, pricing, and approvals.

4. Administrative & Reporting Support

• Assist in preparing weekly/monthly activity reports.
• Support follow-ups on quotations and pending orders.
• Maintain proper documentation of client interactions and project updates.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)
• Recent graduate
• Based in Dubai/UAE
• Strong interest in HVAC systems and technical sales

Preferred Skills

• Basic academic knowledge of HVAC systems
• Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
• Eagerness to learn technical and commercial aspects of sales
• Strong coordination and interpersonal skills

Internship Outcomes

By the end of the 1-year program, the intern is expected to:

• Be capable of handling junior sales engineer responsibilities

Pay: AED945.82 - AED2,000.00 per month
