Senior Mechanical Engineer – HVAC

We are seeking a highly skilled and technically sound Senior Mechanical Engineer – HVAC to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in MEP high-rise residential construction projects and be capable of managing HVAC engineering activities from design review through project execution and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
• Review and coordinate HVAC shop drawings, material submittals, and technical submissions.
• Ensure all HVAC works are executed in compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, and resource allocation.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues related to HVAC systems.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Prepare project reports and maintain accurate technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE/GCC experience in MEP high-rise residential construction projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, installation standards, and commissioning procedures.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Excellent problem-solving and project coordination skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Immediate availability to join will be a significant advantage.

Preferred Experience

• High-rise residential tower projects.
• MEP contracting environment.
• Experience coordinating with consultants and authorities.
