Description

Tasks

1. Executes project plan and revises appropriately to meet changing project requirements.

2. Performs maintenance at basic, intermediate, and high levels.

3. Provides proactive & corrective maintenance to large-scale and advanced systems & sensors that include a variety of electronic/electro equipment.

4. Executes technical processes including corrective, preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and assembly & disassembly of system components.

5. Maintains and services all electronics and electrical aspects. This may involve longer hours in the event of an offline system.

6. Troubleshoots faulty systems in a wide variety of situations.

7. Installs and commissions faulty equipment.

8. Sources and re-works parts for the TSMS.

9. Conducts systems health check-ups according to manufacturer instructions.

10. Provides and executes system software upgrades as per manufacturer instructions.

11. Handles and manages maintenance schedules and attends on-call support through telephone/online and on-site.

12. Capability to work with multinational cultures – the job includes working in a very unique social environment with multinational cultures and demands great interpersonal skills, maturity, and high tolerance.

13. Provides FSR (Field Service Report) on each maintenance/service call.

14. Provides detailed project reports showing percentage updates against actual targets.

15. Effectively enforces company’s methodology on commissioning procedures that relatively comply with the project standards.

16. Ensures project safety in line with the company’s policy of a safe and healthy workplace.

17. Ensures project documentation is properly labeled, updated, and filed.

18. Provides daily activity reports and/or milestone accomplishments.

19. Possesses general understanding in the areas of application programming, database, system design, and security infrastructure.

20. Understands server/client security system architectures including IT infrastructure such as, but not limited to, Internet, Intranet, and Extranet.

21. Possesses a thorough understanding of our capabilities.

22. Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and their potential application in client engagements.

23. Complies with and helps to enforce standard policies and procedures.

24. Uses the Maximo asset management system specified by du to receive and close work orders or service requests and any other tools in Maximo to achieve all levels of support (1, 2, 3). All service monitoring reports to be authorized only from Maximo.

25. Raises Site Access Requests (SAR), Change Requests (CR), or Key Access Management (KAM) IDs, or follows any other type of access procedures according to site requirements whenever required to obtain Permit to Work (PTW).
