Accountant – Fire Fighting Projects & Trading Company

Location: Dubai & Sharjah, UAE

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, accounts receivable/payable, payroll, VAT filing, bank reconciliations, and project-related financial activities within our Fire Fighting Projects & Trading Company.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare invoices, payments, trial balances, and cash flow reports.
• Process payroll and generate SIF files.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns.
• Reconcile bank, supplier, and customer accounts.
• Monitor project billing, SOAs, invoice submissions, and collections.
• Assist with procurement of fire & safety materials and petty cash management.
• Coordinate inventory cost control with the warehouse team.
• Handle import/export documentation and coordinate with shipping and technical teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in Fire Fighting, MEP, Construction, or Trading companies.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 and Analyst ERP Software.
• Good knowledge of UAE VAT, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Fire Fighting: 4 years (Required)
