Draftsman for MEP and Swimming Pool

Responsibilities:

• Have a clear understanding of the drawing requirements for MEP systems, swimming pools, Jacuzzis, water features, and shower.
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers (PM) and Project Engineers to fully understand the scope of work, drawing requirements, and timelines before commencing drawing work.
• Prepare high-quality shop drawings promptly.
• Extract accurate quantities from CAD drawings for the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Develop a weekly drawing schedule, coordinating with PMs on upcoming work, prioritizing tasks to support project management effectively.
• Work with Project Engineers/Site Engineers to ensure timely and accurate submission of as-built and shop drawings.

Requirements:

• Must have 3+ years of experience in MEP & swimming pool in UAE.
• Should be well-versed with AutoCAD, BIM, Photoshop, Google Sketchup and experience in other softwares will be an added advantage.
• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Architecture/Drafting.
