Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, project, and corporate positions.
  • Lead sourcing activities through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, recruitment agencies, and direct headhunting.
  • Build talent pipelines for critical and future positions.
  • Manage recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, and Quality-of-Hire.
  • Oversee interview processes, assessments, offer negotiations, and onboarding activities.
  • Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, visa requirements, and company policies.
  • Lead and mentor recruiters and talent acquisition specialists.

Preferred Experience

  • 8–12 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
  • Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Experience hiring for construction, real estate, infrastructure, manufacturing, or engineering sectors.
  • Strong understanding of workforce planning and high-volume recruitment.
  • Experience with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment analytics.

Pay: AED28,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
