Architectural, Civil & MEP Designer

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Architectural, Civil & MEP Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, coordinating, and delivering complete design packages across architectural, civil, structural, and MEP disciplines for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to produce accurate, code-compliant drawings while ensuring seamless integration between all building systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural, civil, structural, and MEP drawings from concept through construction.
• Develop detailed construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing designs to eliminate clashes and improve constructability.
• Produce 2D drawings and 3D BIM models using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
• Ensure all designs comply with local regulations, project specifications, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and contractors to deliver fully coordinated design solutions.
• Review and revise drawings based on client feedback, site conditions, and authority requirements.
• Participate in design meetings and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in multidisciplinary building design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Experience with Navisworks and BIM coordination is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing, civil works, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.
• Knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and local authority approval processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can confidently manage architectural, civil, and MEP design coordination within a single role. You should be capable of delivering accurate, code-compliant, and fully coordinated construction drawings with minimal supervision. Experience working within BIM workflows and multidisciplinary project environments is highly desirable.
