Planning Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in Dubai.
• Proven experience in high-rise building, towers.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Management: Develop detailed baseline, revised, and recovery schedules for project execution, often using software like Primavera P6.
• Resource Management: Allocate and track resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to tasks and optimize resource usage.
• Risk & Change Management: Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and manage changes to project scope through formal procedures.
• Progress Monitoring: Track project progress against the plan, identify deviations, and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Cost Management: Assign costs to resources, develop cost breakdown structures, and use techniques like Earned Value Management (EVM) to assess performance.
• Stakeholder Communication: Attend meetings, coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams, and communicate project status and issues to clients and consultants.
• Contractual Compliance: Understand contract requirements, including milestones and payment terms, and ensure project activities comply with contractual obligations.
