Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Odoo Functional Consultant with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Odoo ERP implementation and support. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, configure Odoo modules, and ensure successful ERP deployments. Odoo certification will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients or internal users
Configure and implement Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Accounting, Inventory, CRM, HR, and Manufacturing
Perform gap analysis and propose functional solutions within Odoo
Prepare functional documents, process flows, and user manuals
Coordinate with technical developers for customizations and integrations
Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support go-live activities
Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and user training
Ensure best practices in Odoo configuration and data migration
Support Odoo upgrades and new module rollouts
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2–3 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant
Strong understanding of Odoo business workflows and configurations
Experience in ERP implementation lifecycle (requirement gathering to go-live)
Basic understanding of Odoo technical concepts (models, views, workflows) to coordinate with developers
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines
Preferred / Added Advantage:
Odoo Functional Certification- on Latest Version-19
Experience working with clients in Finance, Trading, Manufacturing, or Services industries
Exposure to Odoo.sh or cloud deployments
