About the Role

The role focuses on systems that are hosted on private and public cloud infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

Ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operations of the IT infrastructure Platform, Cloud.
Set the standards and processes for monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all cloud-hosted systems.
Proficient knowledge in Server Administration for Windows OS.
Perform OS patching, troubleshoot any L3 support issues related to the OS.
Plan and implement operating systems change, upgrades, hardening of OS according to organization and global industry standards.
Expertise and Proficient HandON experience on Infoblox.
Expertise and Proficient HandON experience with Wintel technologies, DNS, AD, DGCP, File Server, DFSR, FTP/SFTP etc.
Expertise and Proficient HandON experience with Privileged and access management.
Expertise and Proficient HandON experience with Office365 – Exchange online, OneDrive, SharePoint, Azure enterprise APP etc.
Expertise and Proficient HandON experience with Cisco UCS.
Knowledge on Cloud Infrastructure like AWS, OCI etc Preferred.
Knowledge on Microsoft DNS, DHCP, File Services are preferred.
Working in 24 * 7 Shifts is Mandate.
