Oracle, PL/SQL Developer

Oracle SQL Development:

Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and analyze data from Oracle databases.

Support data validation, reconciliation, and reporting for banking operations and compliance.

Regulatory & Compliance Support:

Assist in implementing solutions for Basel III, FATCA, AML, KYC, and local central bank regulations. Ensure data traceability and audit readiness.

System Implementation & Integration:

Work with Wealth banking systems (eg Prospero, Avaloq) and reporting platforms.

Participate in UAT, SIT, and regression testing.

Required Skills

Domain Knowledge:

Strong understanding of retail, corporate, and digital banking products and services.

Familiarity with banking regulations and financial reporting standards.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.

Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting tools (e.g., OBIEE).

Business Analysis Skills:

Skilled in creating BRDs, FSDs, use cases, and process flows.

Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in IT/business analysis within the banking sector.
