About the Role
The AI Product & Analytics Analyst will support the development and enhancement of client analytics and commercial insight solutions across the business. The role will analyse client performance data, leveraging AI-powered tools to generate actionable insights, support commercial initiatives, and strengthen client acquisition, engagement and retention strategies. This role will also support the development of strategic materials, executive presentations, and client-facing collateral through the effective use of AI technologies.
The successful candidate will play a key role within the Strategy & Program Office, supporting the development of client analytics capabilities, commercial growth initiatives and AI-driven business transformation. They will combine strong analytical skills, business acumen and emerging AI technologies to generate insights, identify client-driven opportunities, enhance business productivity and support the creation of client collateral, executive-level presentations and strategic materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements for client analytics and reporting solutions.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories and process flows, working with relevant stakeholders, including technology.
- Manage the design and development of client analytics products, dashboards and reporting capabilities.
- Analyse client performance data to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
- Generate actionable insights to support revenue growth and client retention strategies.
- Develop client-facing collateral, training materials and internal documentation using AI-enabled tools.
- Support the Head of Strategy and Program Office to translate complex information into clear and visually engaging presentations and reports including executive presentations, board materials, business cases and strategic proposals.
- Collaborate with Product, Commercial, Operations, Technology and Executive teams.
Requirements
- 2–5 years' experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, Commercial Analytics, Business Intelligence or similar roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience creating executive-level presentations and business materials.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Practical experience using AI tools such as Claude or similar platforms.
- Financial Services, FinTech, Wealth Management or Capital Markets experience desirable.
- SQL and data analysis experience desirable.
