Position: Graphic Designer -Native AI – Digital/Video/Web Specialist

Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer specializing in digital, video and web design native AI. The successful candidate will create engaging visual content for various creative videos, graphical and web projects, working closely with management, developers and communicating design concepts clearly in English to team members and internal clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Creative Development:

• Create innovative and user-centric designs for websites, web applications, videos and digital platforms
• Use Artificial Intelligence to explore ideal scenarios for interface design, UX, Funnels etc.
• Develop comprehensive design systems including style guides, component libraries, and brand guidelines
• Design responsive layouts that work seamlessly across all devices and screen sizes
• Create high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Design marketing materials including social media graphics, email templates, and digital advertisements
• Produce icons, illustrations, and custom graphics as needed

User Experience & Interface Design:

• Conduct user research and create user personas and journey maps
• Design intuitive navigation systems and information architecture
• Create interactive elements and micro-interactions that enhance user engagement
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG guidelines)
• Optimize visual assets for web performance without compromising quality

Collaboration & Project Management:

• Present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders in clear, articulate English
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative solutions
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards
• Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs based on client requirements

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience with creative graphical designing, video creation and web focus
• Expert proficiency in design software:
• AI Tool Lovable, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
• Figma and/or Sketch
• Strong understanding of:
• UI/UX design principles and best practices
• Typography, color theory, and composition
• Grid systems and layout principles
• Web design trends and emerging technologies
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for design feasibility
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing (After Effects) is a plus

Portfolio & Communication:

• Fluent English communication (spoken and written)
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse web and digital design projects
• Ability to articulate design decisions and present work professionally
• Excellent written skills for creating design documentation and specifications
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 per month
