As a retail-facing platform, we specialise in accessible onboarding, institutional-grade security, and high-yield user incentive programs.

As a Business Developer in our Growth department, you will not just manage accounts; you will architect the partner networks that power our global trading volume. You will be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and scaling high-value Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and trading communities across permitted international jurisdictions, driving platform adoption by leveraging our advanced AI-driven ecosystem and retail-friendly product suite.

Key Responsibilities

Compliant KOL Acquisition

Architect and execute a robust, compliant growth pipeline targeting elite crypto KOLs, professional traders, and high-frequency trading communities across legally permitted international jurisdictions.

Omnichannel Sourcing

Champion the compliant use of the following platforms to locate, engage, and convert tier-1, tier-2, and tier-3 affiliate partners including YouTube, Twitch, Telegram, X, LinkedIn

Product-Led Pitching

Effectively sell the platform's core retail advantages to partners, including:

  • The flagship 24/7 algorithm-driven automated trading system, 300 Spartans
  • Tiered KYC onboarding options
  • Institutional-grade cold storage security

Campaign and Incentives Deployment

Maximise partner conversion and user retention by strategically deploying our Rewards Hub assets:

  • Weekly reward pools
  • Lucky spins
  • Futures trading bonuses
  • Tailored trading competitions

Strict Pipeline & Compliance Tracking

  • Maintain rigorous, data-driven tracking of your sales funnel
  • Provide structured weekly updates on outreach metrics, conversion rates, and active trading volumes to ensure complete operational transparency and alignment with corporate compliance policies

Relationship Architecture

  • Act as the primary interface for your partner network
  • Maintain constant communication to build deep trust, ensure high retention, and optimise long-term trading volume

Candidate Requirements

Technical & Core Skills

Centralised Exchange Background

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of direct Business Development experience at a major Centralised Exchange (CEX)

An Active Network

  • A warm, readily actionable network of high-volume crypto KOLs, affiliates, and alpha groups across international markets

Derivatives Fluency

  • Deep understanding of crypto futures, perpetual contracts, margin requirements, and core market mechanics

Native/Fluent English

  • Flawless written and verbal communication skills tailored specifically to crypto trading communities

Identity Verification

  • Full willingness to participate in face-to-face video calls for all interviews and internal team meetings, to prevent industry identity fraud and maintain corporate security

Jurisdictional Awareness

  • Clear understanding of corporate compliance mandates and platform-specific regional requirements during partner onboarding

Preferred Background

Platform Discipline

  • Proven record of professional, sustainable business growth
  • Candidates from platforms characterised by high BD turnover or unsustainable onboarding practices will not be prioritised

Crypto/FinTech Literacy

  • Solid grasp of algorithmic trading strategies, copy-trading infrastructure, and exchange matching systems

AI-Powered BD (Nice to Have)

  • Experience leveraging AI tools to identify affiliates, accelerate deal closing, and manage pipelines at scale

Western Time Zone

  • Candidates based in, or able to operate comfortably within, Western time zones (GMT to EST) are strongly preferred, given the English-speaking markets focus of this role
