About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing online marketplace operations, optimizing product listings, and supporting overall e-commerce growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and other marketplaces
• Optimize product listings, keywords, titles, and descriptions for better visibility and conversions
• Monitor pricing, inventory, product performance, and marketplace health metrics
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of marketplace activities
• Analyze sales reports, customer trends, and performance data to identify growth opportunities
• Track competitor activities and suggest improvement strategies
• Prepare reports, presentations, and performance updates
• Ensure timely resolution of operational and listing-related issues
• Any other tasks assigned by the reporting manager

Requirements

• Qualification: MBA / BBA / BCA / Graduation
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in E-commerce or Marketplace Management
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Only relevant candidates are requested to apply
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
• Understanding of e-commerce marketplaces and online retail operations
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or similar platforms
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in product listing optimization and marketplace SEO
• Knowledge of inventory management and pricing strategies
• Understanding of marketplace advertising and promotions
• Ability to analyze sales and performance metrics
