Job Title: E-commerce and Platform Manager

Location: Abu DHabi, UAE

Dee and Associates is a leading distribution company with a strong presence in the UAE market. We are currently seeking an experienced E-commerce and Platform Manager to oversee and optimize our online presence on various platforms, including Amazon, Noon, Tradeling, Dubai Store, and Carrefour etc

Responsibilities:

• Platform Management:
• Experience in opening accounts with E-commerce platforms.
• Handle day-to-day operations of our E-commerce platforms, including Amazon Seller Account, Noon Seller Account, Tradeling, Dubai Store, and Carrefour.
• Optimize product listings, ensuring accurate and appealing content.
• Implement strategies to increase visibility, traffic, and sales on each platform.
• Product Catalog Management:
• Manage and update the product catalog across all platforms.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information, including images, descriptions, and pricing.
• Implement best practices for categorization and tagging to enhance searchability.
• Data Catalogue Oversight:
• Oversee the management of data catalogues, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather and update product data efficiently.
• Implement data quality checks to maintain high standards.
• Performance Analysis:
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for each platform.
• Generate reports on sales, traffic, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
• Implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
• Platform Compliance:
• Stay informed about platform policies and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with each platform's rules and regulations.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve any compliance issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing E-commerce platforms, especially Amazon, Noon, Tradeling, Dubai Store, and Carrefour.
• Familiarity with platform-specific tools and analytics.
• Strong understanding of product catalog management and data governance.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
