Surveyor – Landscaping & Construction ProjectsAbout the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Surveyor to support our landscaping and construction projects by delivering accurate site data, setting-out works, and survey analysis. The role is key to ensuring precise execution of project designs, compliance with site conditions, and smooth coordination between design and construction teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesSurveying & Site Analysis

• Carry out topographic, land, and construction surveys using modern surveying equipment
• Determine site boundaries, elevations, and existing ground conditions with accuracy
• Perform boundary, easement, and construction staking surveys
• Identify site constraints and provide technical input for design and execution

Data Management & Documentation

• Prepare and interpret survey drawings, maps, and technical reports
• Verify and validate survey data to ensure accuracy in measurements and calculations
• Prepare survey reports, legal descriptions, and documentation for approvals
• Maintain organized records of all survey data and project documentation

Coordination & Technical Support

• Work closely with engineers, architects, project managers, and site teams
• Provide accurate setting-out data for construction and execution works
• Attend site meetings and provide technical input and recommendations
• Support field operations with layout and alignment data

Compliance & Authority Coordination

• Ensure all surveying activities comply with UAE regulations and safety standards
• Coordinate with authorities for approvals, permits, and compliance requirements
• Follow company quality and operational procedures at all times

Operations & Team Management

• Maintain, calibrate, and manage surveying instruments and equipment
• Lead and support field survey teams to ensure accuracy and productivity
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of surveying tools and technology

Project Support & Continuous Improvement

• Support project planning, scheduling, and execution with accurate survey data
• Stay updated with modern surveying methods and technologies
• Contribute to process improvements for better efficiency and accuracy

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscaping or construction surveying within the UAE (mandatory)
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and survey-related tools/software
• Valid UAE Driving License preferred
• Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced project environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED1.00 per month
