Site Architect

Full J ects of construction are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor architectural works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, mock-ups, and architectural details.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control of architectural finishes and workmanship.
• Identify and resolve design and construction issues in coordination with the project team.
• Monitor project progress and ensure architectural works are completed according to schedule.
• Prepare site reports, inspection requests, and progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations, project specifications, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate architectural interfaces with structural and MEP disciplines.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
• Minimum 10–12 years of overall experience in architectural construction and site supervision.
• Minimum 8 years of UAE experience in high-rise building projects and group of villas.
• Proven experience as a Site Architect on large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, construction methods, materials, and finishing works.
• Experience reviewing shop drawings, material approvals, and site inspections.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and other relevant architectural software.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Thorough knowledge of UAE construction regulations, standards, and building codes.

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
