UKG Support Developer

We are seeking an experienced UKG Support Developer to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our UKG Check In/Check Out workforce management system . This role is critical in supporting daily time tracking, scheduling, and attendance workflows, while maintaining integrations with HRMS, payroll, and biometric systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for UKG Workforce Central / UKG Dimensions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with timecards, scheduling, and attendance workflows .
• Configure and maintain integrations with HRMS, payroll, access control, and biometric systems.
• Analyze logs, debug issues, and manage incident resolution.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using UKG reporting tools.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, and IT teams to optimize workforce management processes.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with UKG Workforce Central / UKG Dimensions .
• Expertise in Check In/Check Out workflows .
• Proficiency in SQL, API integrations, and UKG reporting tools .
• Background in Workforce Management systems support and development.
• Ability to analyze logs, debug issues, and manage incidents .
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills .

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with UKG Pro or other HR/payroll systems.
• Knowledge of access control systems and biometric integrations.
• Familiarity with incident management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
