Python engineer(Flask,Fast API and Banking Domain is mandate) - 5+ YOE Onsite - Dubai - Immediate Joiners

Client Expectation: We are seeking a skilled Python Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing robust web frameworks, building backend code to efficiently serve datasets, and performing data transformations to support our data-driven applications. This role requires a deep understanding of Python, web development frameworks, data processing, and database management. Roles and Responsibilities: Core Python: Be proficient in the concepts and features of the Python language , experienced with web frameworks like Flask and FastAPI for developing RESTful APIs, and skilled in asynchronous programming using asyncio. Experience with handling concurrent connections and optimizing I/O operations. Should have a deep understanding of microservices architecture and be capable of writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Security Best Practices and Requirements Understanding of security practices for microservices, including authentication, authorization, and encryption. Experience with securing APIs using OAuth, JWT, and API gateways. Delivery Area: AACOE Delivery Domain: AACOE Secondary Skill: Python (Microservices) Base JD: Experience • Minimum 5 years of development and design experience in Python API development and Integration of services • Experience in creating Framework to create observable, scalable, Extensible applications and APIs • Excellent knowledge on Micro Services and Mongo database and Data handling • Hands on experience in performance tuning, debugging and monitoring • Good exposure on all phases of software Development Life cycle • Knowledge on microservices architecture, containerization, Dockers and Kubernetes is an added advantage Technical Skills • Extensive coding experience with Python (3.6 and above) and the related database technologies like Mongo, Postgres etc. • Hands on experience in rest API using flask , Django. • Good expertise on integration of AI models, Multiprocessing , load balancing areas • Good understanding of latest Python Frameworks and concurrency • Well versed with CI/CD principles, and actively involved in solving, troubleshooting issues in distributed services ecosystem • Familiar with Distributed services resiliency and monitoring in a production environment. Functional Skills • Experience in Banking, Financial and Fintech experience in an enterprise environment preferred • Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices • Experience in Agile methodology. • Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization. • Effectively research and benchmark technology against other best in class technologies.
