Job Summary
Royal Blinds is looking for a Sales Manager to drive project-based sales through specification, contractor engagement, and consultant relationships. The role focuses on securing approvals and winning projects for blinds and shading solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, and contractors
Get Royal Blinds products specified in BOQs, tenders, and project documents
Conduct presentations, demos, and sample submissions
Track projects from design stage to execution
Identify new project opportunities within fit-out and construction sectors
Maintain CRM and manage project pipeline
Support pricing, tender submissions, and negotiations
Convert specifications into confirmed project orders
Ensure technical alignment with site requirements
Coordinate internal teams for drawings, approvals, and execution
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in sales (interiors, blinds, façade, fit-out, or similar)
Strong network with consultants, contractors, or designers in UAE (advantage)
Understanding of project lifecycle from design to execution
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
UAE driving license preferred
Technical understanding of shading or interior products preferred
Target-driven and commercially focused mindset
Technical Knowledge (Preferred)
Window shading systems (manual & motorized)
Brands like Somfy, Nice, Luxtrone
Basic knowledge of measurements, installation, and feasibility
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
