Job Summary

Medway Services is seeking a proactive and organized HR Officer to manage recruitment activities and coordinate staffing requirements with clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing qualified healthcare and non-healthcare professionals, managing the hiring process, and ensuring client staffing needs are met efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop partnerships with companies, healthcare facilities, and other organizations that require staffing and recruitment services.
  • Actively source and secure job vacancies from employers across various industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR departments, hiring managers, and decision-makers in client organizations.
  • Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates based on client requirements.
  • Conduct candidate interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure suitability for available positions.
  • Match candidates with appropriate job opportunities and coordinate the entire placement process.
  • Maintain a database of employers, vacancies, and job seekers to support ongoing recruitment activities.
  • Promote recruitment and placement services through networking, social media, job portals, and professional events.
  • Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates and provide support throughout the hiring process.
  • Follow up with clients and placed candidates to ensure successful onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Negotiate service agreements, recruitment fees, and placement terms with client companies.
  • Achieve monthly targets related to client acquisition, vacancy generation, candidate placements, and revenue growth.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate records of leads, vacancies, candidate pipelines, and successful placements.
  • Stay updated on labor market trends, hiring demands, and industry requirements to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR operations, or staffing services.
  • Experience in healthcare recruitment is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment/HR software.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and recruitment practices is preferred.

  • Experience recruiting healthcare professionals such as nurses, caregivers, physiotherapists, and doctors.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
