Business Development & Operations Manager – Passenger Transport

Saadco Passenger Transport LLC is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and results-driven Business Development & Operations Manager to lead and expand our passenger transportation business across the UAE.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily transportation operations while actively generating new business opportunities and securing transportation contracts. This role requires a strong combination of operational management, client relationship management, team leadership, and business development skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales

• Identify and secure new transportation contracts from corporate companies, hotels, restaurants, schools, construction companies, and other organizations.
• Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and transportation agreements.
• Expand company market presence and increase revenue generation.

Operations Management

• Oversee daily transportation operations and fleet utilization.
• Manage driver schedules, route planning, vehicle deployment, and client requirements.
• Ensure smooth and efficient transportation services.
• Monitor operational performance and service quality.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with UAE transport regulations and company policies.

Team & Fleet Management

• Supervise drivers and operational staff.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and discipline.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and fleet inspections.
• Ensure safety standards and operational efficiency are maintained at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience in Passenger Transport, Fleet Management, Logistics, or Transportation Operations.
• Proven experience in business development and sales within the UAE market.
• Strong network and ability to secure transportation contracts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of transportation operations and fleet management.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• UAE Driving License preferred.
