Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales or business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to align strategies
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to expand network

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools

Preferred Qualification

Attractive Commission will be provided

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
