Female Sales Executive – Real Estate Sector

A leading company in Dubai is looking to hire a Female Sales Executive with strong experience in the real estate industry.

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales within the UAE.

* Strong relationships with real estate developers, brokers, and key industry stakeholders.

* Existing database of clients, investors, and real estate contacts.

* Proven experience in business development and client acquisition.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

* Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and current property developments.

* Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

* Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

* Valid UAE driving license.

* Own vehicle is preferred.

* Currently based in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build and maintain relationships with real estate developers and clients.

* Identify and secure new business opportunities.

* Expand and manage the company’s client portfolio.

* Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients and partners.

* Follow up on sales opportunities and close deals.

* Maintain and update the client database.

* Prepare regular sales reports for management.
