MEP Designer / Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for a skilled MEP Designer / Mechanical Engineer
to join our in-house team and support the successful execution of interior design and fit-out projects. This is a design-focused role responsible for preparing accurate MEP drawings and ensuring coordination across disciplines in line with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare coordinated MEP drawings (HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and electrical) based on project design and site conditions.
• Ensure drawings are compliant with local codes, client specifications, and project scope.
• Revise drawings based on feedback from engineers, consultants, site teams, and clients.
• Work closely with the design, QS, procurement, and site teams to reflect accurate technical details.
• Coordinate MEP shop drawings with architectural and ID drawings to avoid clashes.
• Participate in design coordination meetings to ensure smooth integration across trades.
• Submit drawings for authority approvals and revise as needed per comments.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of UAE experience in MEP drafting/design for interior fit-out projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of REVIT is a plus.
• Solid understanding of MEP systems and coordination requirements within fit-out works.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to produce clear, accurate, and coordinated drawings.

This is a full-time, office-based position with regular coordination with site teams.
