About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Corporate Consultant to join our growing Business Setup team. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of UAE company formation procedures and a proven ability to attract, advise, and convert prospective clients. This role requires a consultative sales approach, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional client service throughout the business setup journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert consultation to entrepreneurs, investors, and corporate clients regarding company formation in the UAE.
- Advise clients on the most suitable business structure, including Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore entities.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, digital platforms, market research, and strategic partnerships.
- Manage and convert leads generated through company marketing channels and external sources.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business consultations to understand requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements in accordance with company policies.
- Guide clients through licensing, visa processing, banking assistance, compliance requirements, and post-incorporation services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including Operations, PRO Services, Compliance, and Finance, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and pipeline management using CRM systems.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Stay updated on UAE government regulations, licensing requirements, and market developments relevant to business setup services.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in UAE Business Setup, Corporate Services, or Consultancy Sales.
- Strong understanding of UAE company formation regulations, licensing procedures, and government authorities.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple client engagements.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic or additional languages will be considered an advantage.
