MEP Coordinator/ Engineer (Villas Construction)

We are hiring an experienced MEP Coordinator for our villa construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and hands-on experience managing and coordinating MEP works on residential villas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage MEP works (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) for villa projects
* Preparation of Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC shop drawings Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals
* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams Ensure compliance with project specifications and Dubai authority regulations
* Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems Resolve site technical issues and provide solutions
* Monitor progress, quality, and safety on site
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field
* 3–5 years of experience, preferably in Dubai villa construction
* Strong knowledge of UAE / Dubai codes and standards
* Proven experience as MEP Engineer & Coordinator
* Experience in preparation of MEP shop drawings
* Excellent communication and coordination skills
