MEP Engineer

Job Title: MEP Engineer – Fit-Out Projects

Location: Dubai

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Senior MEP Engineer with experience in interior fit-out projects to assist in the execution, coordination, and supervision of MEP works. The candidate should have strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire fighting systems within commercial and residential fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in reviewing MEP drawings, BOQs, and specifications
• Coordinate MEP works with site and interior teams
• Supervise day-to-day MEP site activities
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and project requirements
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
• Prepare material requests and site reports
• Support testing and commissioning activities
• Monitor project progress and report site issues
• Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained on site

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 4 year of UAE experience in fit-out/interior projects
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire fighting systems
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and MEP drawings
• Good communication and coordination skills to handle clients and sub contractors.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage site activities

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Dubai authority regulations
• Site coordination and problem-solving skills
• Team player with willingness to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
