Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and technically inclined AV Programmer Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, testing, and commissioning Audio Visual control systems for meeting rooms, boardrooms, auditoriums, classrooms, and enterprise AV environments. Fresh graduates with programming knowledge and an interest in AV technology are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and configure AV control system programs.
• Assist in programming and commissioning control systems.
• Configure touch panel user interfaces and control dashboards.
• Support integration of AV equipment including displays, projectors, DSPs, video conferencing systems, and audio devices.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
• Assist in creating signal flow diagrams, network layouts, and system documentation.
• Coordinate with project, presales, and engineering teams during implementation.
• Provide technical support during installation and post-deployment stages.
• Prepare programming documentation and backup files.
• Learn and stay updated with emerging AV and control technologies.

Required Skills

• Basic programming knowledge in C#, C++, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLAN, PoE).
• Basic knowledge of AV systems and signal flow concepts.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Educational Qualification

• BE/B.Tech/Diploma in:
• Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
• Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)

• Mechatronics or related fields
