Electrical Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to support MEP project execution, site coordination, and technical delivery.

The candidate should have strong UAE experience in MEP contracting, with knowledge of electrical systems, site works, authority requirements, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical works on site.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Handle power distribution, lighting, ELV, and fire alarm system works.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timeline.
• Support material approvals, inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Follow Dubai authority requirements and project compliance standards.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and technical coordination notes.
• Support problem-solving for site issues and project delays.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in MEP contracting.
• Strong knowledge of power distribution, lighting, ELV, and fire alarm systems.
• Experience in project execution, coordination, and site management.
• Familiarity with Dubai authorities’ requirements and regulations.
• UAE experience is required.
• UAE driving license is required.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with MEP contracting companies in Dubai or UAE.
• Experience dealing with consultants, main contractors, and authority inspections.
• Good knowledge of site safety, quality control, and project documentation.
• Immediate or short-notice availability is an advantage.
