Fire Rated Door Salesman

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Fire Rated Door Salesman to promote and sell fire-rated doors. The ideal candidate should have experience in construction, fit-out, Fire rated Door sales and be capable of developing strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and project owners.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Identify and develop new business opportunities for fire-rated doors.

* Meet contractors, consultants, architects, developers, and facility management companies to generate sales leads.

* Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and technical submittals to clients.

* Follow up on inquiries, negotiations, and order confirmations.

* Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure timely execution of projects.

* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide excellent customer service.

* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project opportunities.

* Attend site visits and project meetings as required.

* Ensure compliance with local fire and building regulations related to fire-rated door installations.

*Requirements:*

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

* Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in fire-rated doors, or relevant industry.

* Good knowledge of fire-rated door systems and Dubai Civil Defence requirements.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Valid UAE driving license preferred.

* Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
