Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (Project Based) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of experience in landscape projects and be capable of handling project quantity surveying responsibilities from project initiation through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
• Measure quantities and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Monitor project costs and ensure budget compliance.
• Evaluate contractor and supplier quotations.
• Prepare progress payment certificates and variation orders.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Assist in contract administration and project cost control.
• Maintain accurate project records and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in landscape companies.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and contract administration.
• Proficiency in MS Office and quantity surveying software.
• Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• UAE experience is preferred.
