Telecom Project - Onsite Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technician to support the installation, commissioning, and training of end customers to deploy Telecom equipment throughout the UAE. The ideal candidate must have experience working in a similar industry and must hold a valid UAE Driving License as mandatory. The candidate must adhere to HSE, quality, and compliance standards. The candidate must be able to speak, read, and write in English. Knowledge of Hindi and Arabic will be an advantage.

A valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, and commission Telecom products at B2B client sites across the Emirates.
• Perform site surveys and prepare installation reports in accordance with project requirements.
• Install wall mounts, ceiling mounts, kiosks, video walls, media players, and display structures as per approved drawings.
• Configure network connectivity, Content Management Systems (CMS), and remote monitoring platforms.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with Project Team Leads and Coordinators, NOC teams, and client representatives for site access and work execution.
• Ensure all work activities comply with Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) requirements.
• Maintain daily service reports, material records, and handover documentation.
• Attend emergency breakdown calls and provide technical support across UAE locations.
• Train B2B business customers on product operation and procedures after commissioning at the site.
• Verify and document business customer KYC documents and obtain customer sign-off upon completion of delivery, configuration, and training.
• Maintain accurate data records and documentation and submit them to Project Coordinators on time.

Qualifications & Experience

• High School Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, IT, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in AV, or Telecom Projects is preferred.
• Experience working on similar projects and technologies is preferred.
• Valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License (Mandatory).
• Knowledge of Network Configuration and Troubleshooting.

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
