Technical Operations and Financial Technology Specialist – Dubai UAE

An international company based in Dubai is looking for a full-time Technical Operations Specialist with a technical background and experience in financial trading, retail trading platforms, and software solutions applied to financial markets.
The candidate must present a valid Emirates ID and be a resident of Dubai.The position is available for immediate or short-notice start.

The selected candidate will join a dynamic international environment and will work directly with management on the company’s technical, operational, and organizational activities.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Supporting the analysis, design, and ongoing development of software platforms dedicated to financial analysis and trading.
• Working with developers, technical consultants, and external partners to define operational priorities and support the development of new features.
• Analyzing, testing, and monitoring indicators, trading systems, analytical tools, and proprietary solutions.
• Supporting the implementation and monitoring of automated trading systems and portfolios of automated strategies.
• Reviewing the operational performance of systems, analyzing metrics, results, stability, and possible areas for optimization.
• Preparing technical documentation and user-oriented documentation.
• Providing technical support to clients and advanced users.
• Supporting client onboarding processes, including the configuration of trading accounts, trading platforms, and KYC procedures.
• Providing operational and strategic support to management, including organizational, commercial, and marketing-related activities.

Required Skills and Experience

• Knowledge of the main retail trading platforms, in particular MetaTrader 5, TradeStation, and MultiCharts.
• Programming knowledge and ability to understand software logic, algorithms, indicators, and trading systems.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive attitude and solution-oriented mindset.
• Genuine interest in financial markets, systematic trading, and technologies applied to finance.
• Ability to work independently and manage technical and operational tasks with accuracy.
• Good communication skills and availability to interact with clients, partners, and technical teams.
• Flexibility to perform, when required, organizational and support-related tasks also outside standard working hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in developing or managing automated trading systems.
• Experience with indicators, functions, or strategies developed for TradeStation, MultiCharts, or MetaTrader.
• Experience in configuring and managing cloud servers or VPS environments for trading systems.
• Experience in technical customer support, client onboarding, or relationships with brokers and financial partners.
• Familiarity with financial time series analysis, data mining, statistical simulations, and performance optimization.

Working Conditions

• Full-time position.
• Immediate or short-notice availability preferred.
• On-site work, 6 days per week.
• Office location: Marriott Executive Residences, Al Barsha South Second, Dubai.

· Salary: AED 6,500 – 9,000 per month, depending on the candidate’s skills and experience.
