Social Media Specialist

ASTI Academy is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to lead and manage the organization's social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing content strategies, increasing brand awareness, driving engagement, and supporting lead generation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X).
• Create and manage content calendars, posts, reels, and campaigns.
• Coordinate with designers, videographers, and internal teams.
• Monitor trends, audience engagement, and competitor activities.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports.
• Manage both organic and paid social media campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of social media management experience.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, and analytics tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
