The Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented People & Culture Intern to support our People & Culture function. This 3-month internship gives you hands-on exposure to the full employee lifecycle while helping shape a People & Culture function from the ground up.

What You'll Be Doing

• Keep HR records, trackers, and employee documentation organised and up to date
• Coordinate interviews and support recruitment activities
• Help create internal communications and employee engagement initiatives
• Ensure employee documentation and HR processes stay aligned with UAE Labour Law requirements
• Prepare reports, presentations, and people-related insights
• Assist in building HR templates, policies, and process documentation
• Contribute to exciting People & Culture projects across the business

What We're Looking For

• Current university student or recent graduate
• Must be available to work full-time & on-site in Dubai for the duration of the internship
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
• Comfortable using Google Workspace; familiarity with Canva is a plus
• Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
• Positive attitude and a natural team player
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Organised, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Have a valid UAE residence visa and medical insurance
