Salary: 25,280 AED / Month

Location: UAE - Hybrid working

Role Overview

We are seeking a Mid-level Business Analyst to support requirements capture, process documentation and stakeholder validation activities across a ServiceNow ITSM transformation programme. Working under the direction of the Senior Business Analyst, the role contributes to workshop delivery, user story documentation and UAT support across the programme lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Support requirements gathering workshops and assist in documenting process flows and user stories
• Produce and maintain business requirements documentation, process maps and stakeholder sign-off records
• Assist with requirements traceability management to ensure approved requirements are reflected in configured workflows
• Support UAT activities including test scenario preparation, tester coordination and defect logging
• Liaise with subject matter experts across IT, HR and Procurement to confirm workflow requirements
• Contribute to Service Catalogue requirements documentation including item definitions and approval flows
• Assist in knowledge transfer and training material development under the Senior BA's direction
• Maintain programme artefacts including meeting notes, action logs and requirements change records

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of Business Analysis experience on IT or enterprise platform programmes
• Knowledge of ITSM processes and ITIL-aligned service management concepts – required
• Experience supporting workshop facilitation and requirements documentation activities
• Solid technical writing and documentation skills
• UAE-based with ability to commit to onsite programme engagement
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools including Visio or equivalent for process mapping
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels

Preferred / Advantageous

• Exposure to ServiceNow ITSM or ITAM module configuration or implementation
• Experience with UAT coordination on enterprise software programmes
• Familiarity with Agile or iterative delivery frameworks
