Marketing and Growth Manager

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing and Growth Manager to lead brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, generating qualified leads, managing digital and offline campaigns, and driving overall business expansion. Candidates with prior experience in the Business Setup, Corporate Services, or PRO Services industry will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and growth strategies to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email marketing, and other channels.
• Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and conversion optimization initiatives.
• Create and execute content marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning.
• Analyze campaign performance, market trends, and customer behavior to improve ROI.
• Build strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand business opportunities.
• Manage company presence across online and offline marketing platforms.
• Coordinate events, networking activities, and promotional campaigns.
• Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
• Track KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for management.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
