Property Manager

Full job description

We are looking for a responsible Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of properties. The ideal candidate will manage tenant relations, handle financial tasks, coordinate maintenance, and ensure compliance with legal regulations while maximizing property value and occupancy.

Key ResponsibilitiesTenant Management

• Advertise vacant properties and conduct site visits
• Screen and select tenants (background, credit, references)
• Prepare and manage lease agreements
• Handle tenant complaints, requests, and disputes
• Manage move-in and move-out processes

Financial Management

• Collect rent and security deposits on time
• Coordinate with management to set competitive rental rates
• Manage property expenses (utilities, vendor payments, taxes if required)
• Maintain accurate financial records and generate reports

Property Maintenance

• Conduct regular property inspections
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and vendor services
• Ensure property cleanliness, safety, and functionality

Legal & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with local real estate laws and regulations
• Handle lease enforcement and eviction procedures when necessary
• Maintain proper documentation and records
• Stay updated on housing laws and tenant rights

Marketing & Occupancy

• List properties on online/offline platforms
• Manage inquiries and schedule property viewings
• Develop strategies to maintain high occupancy rates

Daily Tasks

• Respond to tenant calls and emails
• Process rent payments
• Schedule maintenance and inspections
• Update financial and tenant records
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors
• Monitor property condition

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of accounting and financial reporting
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
• Experience in residential/commercial property management

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
