Description
A growing joinery, interior fit-out, renovation, and maintenance company is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Sales, Interior Design & Business Development Executive to join our team.
This role combines business development, client relationship management, sales, and interior design coordination. We are looking for someone who can build relationships, generate opportunities, meet clients, develop partnerships, and help convert inquiries into successful projects.
The ideal candidate should have experience within the interior design, fit-out, construction, architecture, or real estate industry and possess strong communication and networking skills.
Female candidates are preferred for this client-facing role.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Networking
- Develop relationships with developers, consultants, architects, interior designers, project managers, and contractors
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fit-out, renovation, joinery, and maintenance sectors
- Build long-term partnerships with design firms, construction companies, real estate brokers, and property management companies
- Generate and qualify new leads through networking, meetings, referrals, and market research
- Represent the company at meetings, networking events, and project discussions
Sales & Client Management
- Meet clients to understand project requirements
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and proposals
- Assist in converting leads into confirmed projects
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and referral partners
- Support negotiations and commercial discussions
Design & Technical Coordination
- Assist clients with material selections and design concepts
- Prepare mood boards, layouts, presentations, and basic design proposals
- Coordinate with production, estimation, and operations teams
- Support preparation of drawings and project documentation
- Ensure client requirements are properly communicated internally
Project Coordination
- Conduct site visits and client meetings
- Support project handovers and client communication
- Coordinate between clients, suppliers, workshop, and site teams
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years UAE experience in:
- Interior Design
- Interior Fit-Out
- Joinery
- Construction Sales
- Business Development
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Knowledge of joinery, fit-out, renovation, or interior design projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software is an advantage
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Must be currently based in the UAE
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- UAE driving license
- Existing network of developers, consultants, architects, contractors, or real estate professionals
- Experience with joinery factories or fit-out companies

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per hour
