Overview: Kinetics Group is seeking a professional and organized Receptionist cum Secretary to support daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth running of front-office activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reception duties, document management, administrative support, and coordination activities while maintaining a high standard of customer service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, clients, and guests professionally and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while handling general inquiries.
  • Maintain the reception area and coordinate courier services, deliveries, and outgoing samples.
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to managers and staff.
  • Prepare, format, and maintain correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and company documentation.
  • Coordinate office supplies, administrative requirements, and day-to-day office support activities

Skills and Attributes Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
  • Professional appearance, customer service orientation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
