TP Media Group is looking for a driven, skilled Senior Commercial Manager to play a vital role in its Arabian Business Group advertising team, selling across digital, social, print and events formats.

The ideal candidate is experienced in selling against a variety of media and events formats, with a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth across business verticals.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the regional commercial landscape, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to identify and build out new business opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across all business units.
  • Build, manage and nurture relationships with a wide variety of clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand commercial reach for the Arabian Business Group and affiliated ITP Media Group brands.
  • Achieve targets through a strong, scalable balance of new and existing clients.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring favourable terms and outcomes for the business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including editorial, events, video and design to deliver integrated solutions thar meet client objectives and exceed expectations.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities, ensuring the business adapts to industry changes and maintains a competitive edge.
  • Contribute to the overall performance and efficiency of the commercial department, working with peers and leadership to optimise processes for better results.
  • Support the department and company by being an ambassador for the Arabian Business Group of brands, by establishing strong relationships across relevant industry sectors.
  • Attend relevant events and conferences, occasionally outside standard working hours.

KEY SKILLS

  • Five to seven years’ experience in business media sales.
  • Established network within the UAE, GCC and global business sectors.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Multimedia expertise including digital, social, video, print and events.
  • Highest standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise accordingly.
  • The ability to work quickly to tight deadlines under pressure.
  • A strong industry reputation (preferred).
  • Experience in trade and / or subscription media (preferred).
  • Flexibility and a professional approach always.
  • Fluent English essential, Arabic desirable.
