Project Manager – Exhibitions, Events & Retail Fit-OutsJob Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead premium exhibition stand projects, corporate events, and high-end retail/commercial fit-out projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong project planning, stakeholder management, technical drawing interpretation, and site execution expertise.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management

• Manage multiple exhibition, event, and fit-out projects simultaneously.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to client requirements.
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation plans.

Technical & Site Management

• Review and interpret architectural, joinery, and technical drawings.
• Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and installation teams.
• Conduct site inspections and supervise installation activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Client & Vendor Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project execution.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
• Negotiate project costs, timelines, and scope changes.

Event & Exhibition Execution

• Oversee exhibition stand fabrication and event setup.
• Manage fast-track installation and dismantling schedules.
• Handle on-site challenges and provide immediate solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in exhibitions, events, retail fit-outs, or interior fit-out industries.
• Strong knowledge of exhibition stand production and fit-out processes.
• Ability to read architectural and joinery drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, Monday.com, Asana, or equivalent scheduling software.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD (viewing/modifying).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

Preferred

• UAE/GCC experience.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
• UAE Driving License preferred.

Working Conditions

• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and during exhibition build-up periods.
• Willingness to travel to project sites when required.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
