Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Senior Recruiter with a strong background in recruiting for the Interior Fit-Out, Events & Exhibitions industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for both white-collar and blue-collar positions, ensuring the timely acquisition of skilled talent to support ongoing projects and business growth.
The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience sourcing professionals within interior fit-out, exhibition stand construction, event production, joinery, MEP, project management, design, and site operations, along with experience coordinating overseas recruitment drives and managing manpower supply partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to onboarding.
- Partner with department heads and project managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning needs.
- Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for technical, operational, and managerial roles within the fit-out and exhibitions sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with manpower supply agencies, recruitment partners, and overseas recruitment consultants.
- Coordinate local and international recruitment drives, particularly for skilled labor recruitment.
- Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, referrals, databases, and networking channels to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate technical competencies and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide recruitment recommendations.
- Manage offer preparation, salary negotiations, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain an active talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company recruitment policies.
- Prepare recruitment reports and monitor key hiring metrics.
- Support employer branding initiatives and participate in industry networking events and job fairs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1-2 years dedicated to Interior Fit-Out, Events & Exhibitions, Construction, or Joinery industries.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting both white-collar and blue-collar personnel.
- Experience conducting bulk hiring and overseas recruitment campaigns.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and organizational structures within fit-out and exhibition companies.
- Experience working with recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers across labor-source markets.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job portals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
