Description
1. Sales & Business Development
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for F&B, entertainment, and private events.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities from private & corporate groups.
- Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities to grow market share.
- Generate event proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure profitability while maintaining brand standards.
- Build partnerships with local businesses to enhance visibility and drive traffic.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
2. Event Planning & Coordination
- Plan and execute all types of events including private parties, product launches, themed nights, corporate gatherings, and entertainment shows.
- Liaise with kitchen, bar, and operations teams to ensure seamless coordination and service delivery.
- Oversee all aspects of event logistics including menu selection, setup, décor, entertainment, and staffing requirements.
- Ensure event profitability through proper costing, budgeting, and post-event analysis.
- Prepare detailed event reports and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
3. Marketing & Promotions
- Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and packages for events, holidays, and themed nights.
- Participate in local networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows to represent the venue.
- Support social media and PR initiatives by providing event content and client testimonials.
- Recommend creative concepts to enhance guest engagement and repeat business.
4. Client Relationship Management
- Act as the main point of contact for all event clients from inquiry to post-event follow-up.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and corporate accounts.
- Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally to ensure maximum satisfaction.

Required Experience & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales or Events Management within the hospitality or entertainment industry.
· Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing premium client accounts.
· Strong network within Dubai’s corporate, nightlife, and events community.
· Excellent written and spoken English; others is an advantage.
· Proficiency in necessary computer applications
Pay: AED3,131.32 - AED16,444.49 per month
